This single serve apple crisp recipe uses exactly one apple per crisp and can be frozen for later. Tasty, convenient, and perfect to stock up the freezer!
Apples are one of my favorite snacks, but also one of my favorite dessert ingredients. Bake them up to make baked apples, or enjoy them as a holiday-worthy dessert like this make ahead apple crisp. But sometimes you end up with odds and ends that need to be used up, and that's where this single serve apple crisp recipe comes in handy.

This single serve apple crisp is absolutely perfect when you have one apple that is no longer good for eating fresh. Not enough apples to make Instant Pot applesauce, but you want to use it before it is completely soft.
All we need to do? Chop it up, toss with brown sugar, cinnamon and flour, and top with a delicious buttery crumble topping.
